The Captain is a character released with WALL•E Part 2 Update on 11th July 2023, and is a part of the WALL•E character collection.
About[]
Captain B. McCrea is one of the two tritagonists of the 2008 Disney/Pixar animated feature film, WALL•E. He is The Axiom's captain and commander.
The most recent of the many captains of the Axiom in the 800 years since the ship left an Earth ravaged by pollution, he is the epitome of humanity's evolution in adaptation to being trapped in space, bound to a hover chair in a large, toddler-like state as the ship takes care of them. As captain, McCrea commands the residents of the Axiom while he awaits confirmation from one of the many EVE units sent to Earth that it can sustain life once again so the ship can return to their homeworld, only being defied by the main computer of the ship (epitomized by AUTO, the auto-pilot of the Axiom), who is willing to do anything possible to prevent humanity from returning home and make them remain in their artificial, "safe" state in space.
