About
Luca Paguro is the titular protagonist of the 2021 Pixar film Luca. A young sea monster who lives beneath the oceans near the Italian town of Portorosso, he slowly discovers the world around him as he befriends Alberto, a fellow sea monster who helps him live on the surface for the first time. The duo eventually make their way to Portorosso, where Luca experiences the summer of his life and must learn to make decisions for himself on where he belongs and his potential future both on land and in the water.
