Henry J. Waternoose is the main antagonist of Disney/Pixar's 2001 film Monsters, Inc. (alongside Randall Boggs)

He is the CEO of the Monsters, Inc. company, being nearly devoted to it for over three generations. He is also famous scarer James P. Sullivan (or Sulley)'s father figure and mentor, admiring his work and ability as the best of his business. When scream shortages develop an all-time low, Waternoose forms an alliance with Randall that will unwillingly place human children in danger in an attempt to save his company.
