Players were able to purchase Spring as part of the "Goofy's Spring Bundle" during Robin Hood Event Update. It was only available from 15th April until the 22nd April 2021.
Due to a glitch, Spring hasn't been removed from the Costume Shop since Raya and the Last Dragon Event Update on 9th March 2021.
