Players were able to purchase Hanging Lantern in a bundle as part of the "Sparkler Bundle" for 145 during Mulan Part 4 Update somewhere between the 6th February and the 13th March 2024.
The rarity changed from Uncommon to Common with The Rescuers Part 1 Update on 31st May 2022.
