The Devil's Eye Diamond has been transferred to a special exhibit at the United Nations and Madame Medusa is plotting to steal it! Join Bernard, Miss Bianca, and Penny as they make their way to Madame Medusa's Riverboat to uncover the details of her fiendish plan.

SEASON PASS

• The Season Pass feature will introduce a new way to earn various in-game rewards through the Season Track:

• A Season will last approximately 90 days
• Season One will include Update 60, 61 and 62
• The Season Pass will introduce a rework to the Happiness mechanic
• Happiness () will no longer contribute to overall Park Happiness
• Token drop bonuses from Happiness levels will be removed
• The Season Pass will include a set of rewards that are locked behind tier levels
• New tiers can be reached by collecting Happiness or by unlocking with Gems ()

• The introduction of Seasons will also include the following changes and additions:

• Happiness Rework:

• Happiness () can still be collected by granting Wishes, but will no longer contribute towards Park Happiness or degrade over time
• Happiness () that is collected will contribute directly towards Season Pass tiers to earn rewards
• Happiness () can be earned by granting Wishes, and by completing Daily, Weekly and Event Tasks

• Daily Tasks:

• Dailies will be available for twenty-four (24) hours and will reset at the same time as Calendar Rewards (15:00 GMT)
• Happiness that has not been claimed from Completed Tasks will automatically be rewarded on Task reset

• Weekly Tasks:

• Weeklies will reset on Thursday at 15:00 GMT
• On reset, the following will occur:
• - Collected tasks are removed
• - Un-started tasks are removed
• - Completed tasks are removed and any accompanying Happiness is awarded to the player
• - In progress tasks are kept in place
• - New tasks will be generated to replace any removed tasks
• Weeklies can be redrawn on an individual task basis
• Three (3) Redraws are available per week at the following cost:
• - First Redraw: FREE
• - Second Redraw: Eight (8) Gems
• - Third Redraw: Sixteen (16) Gems
• Redraws will reset at the same time as Weekly Task reset

• Event Tasks:

• Event Tasks are available during an Event (Mega Event, Mini Event, Tower Challenge)
• Tasks are focused on Event related activities, and will only remain active for the duration of an Event

• Repeatable Rewards:

• If the max tier of a season is completed a new repeatable reward will unlock
• This reward will be earned each time a player earns enough Happiness () to gain a tier in the Season Pass
• This reward only exists in the free track and is available to all players

• Kingdom Pass:

• A premium Season Pass that can be purchased with real money
• Upgrading to the Kingdom Pass will unlock a second Season Track that grants an extra reward per tier and an extra 10% Happiness () reward on completing Daily, Weekly and Event Tasks
• The Kingdom Pass can be purchased at any point during the Season. Kingdom Pass rewards can still be claimed from previously unlocked tiers in the Season Pass

TIME SKIP TOKENS

• A new collectible item that can be used to shorten various in-game timers
• Using a Time Skip Token will reduce a timer by ten (10) minutes
• Multiple Time Skip Tokens can be used on one timer to further reduce the timer
• Time Skip Tokens can be used on timers that are less than ten (10) minutes and will skip all remaining time
• Time Skip Tokens are available at the beginning of Discovery 6
• Time Skip Tokens will be available in the Shop, Enchanted Chests, Event Rewards, Season Pass, and Daily Rewards Calendar
• The following activities/sources will not be eligible for Time Skip Token use:

• Visiting Home
• Magic Pedestal
• Gathering Spell (Merlin's Cauldron)

Game Balancing and Changes[]

Why do we rebalance the game? Disney Magic Kingdoms is a game with many interconnected systems. Since our initial launch, we have added a lot of new features and content, and each time we do this, it can significantly affect how these systems interact with each other. To ensure that the gameplay experience remains as intended, we are sometimes required to make balancing changes. Ultimately, rebalancing the game is necessary so that Disney Magic Kingdoms is fun and enjoyable for all. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
