Bullseye is one of the tritagonists in the Disney/Pixar films Toy Story 2 and Toy Story 3.
Bullseye is a toy horse that was a part of Al's collection, who had been in storage for several years. Despite the fact that he is a horse, he has traits of a puppy dog. He doesn't have a speaking voice; instead, he neighs and makes other horse noises.
