Comfy was released to purchase for 15,000 during The Tower Challenge (Finding Nemo) Event 2022. Players needed to have completed all the milestones of 3 chapters to unlock the Bonus Shop and therefore Comfy.
Players were able to purchase Comfy as part of the "Comfy Ariel Bundle" during I'm Gonna Wreck It! Event 2018. Players needed to have progressed to the "Where Were You?!" quest to receive the promotion.
